• Account information: name, email address, and password (managed securely via our authentication provider).
• Generated content: the prompts you submit and the artwork images generated from them.
• Order and shipping information: shipping address, print size and material selections, and order history, when you order a physical print.
• Billing information: subscription plan and payment status. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
• Usage and preference data: approximate location (derived from IP address, used to set default currency and units), language, theme, and other display preferences, stored via cookies.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• Generate artwork based on your prompts;
• Process payments and manage your subscription;
• Produce, fulfill, and ship physical print orders;
• Communicate with you about your account, orders, or support requests; and
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the following categories of service providers, only as necessary to operate the Service:

• Database, authentication, and storage provider (Supabase) — to store your account, generated artwork, and order data securely.
• Payment processor (Stripe) — to process subscription payments.
• Print fulfillment partner (Printful) — to produce and ship physical prints. This requires sharing your shipping address and the artwork image for the items you order.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of yourown.art, our users, or others.

We retain your account information and generated artwork for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us or, if available, using the account deletion option in your settings. Order records may be retained longer where necessary for accounting, tax, or legal purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including row-level security on our database and encrypted connections, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
