Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of yourown.art (the "Service"), which lets you generate custom artwork using artificial intelligence and order physical prints of that artwork. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

Access to AI generation features requires an active paid subscription plan, which may include an initial free trial period as described at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

The Service uses artificial intelligence models to generate artwork based on prompts and inputs you provide. Generated artwork may sometimes resemble existing works, be inconsistent, or contain unexpected elements, and we do not guarantee any particular output. You are responsible for the prompts and content you submit, and you must not use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise violates the rights of any third party.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the artwork you generate through the Service and may use it for personal or commercial purposes. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your generated artwork solely as necessary to operate the Service and fulfill print orders, including sharing image files with our print fulfillment partner.

Physical print orders are produced and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Pricing, available sizes and materials, production times, and shipping estimates are provided at checkout and may vary by destination. Because each print is made to order, all sales of physical prints are final except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage, which should be reported to us within a reasonable time of delivery.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate or distribute illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful content;
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its underlying models; or
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it for other users.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time from your account settings.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
